The path to being pain free involves doing the right things to heal injuries and relieve pain, but most importantly, it is based on resolving the root of the injury. Simply put, if you continue to hurt your body with improper posture and breathing, even the most radical and effective therapies become palliative at best, and never manage to deliver a cure.
My goal as a health provider is to empower my patients to understand what is causing their pain or dysfunction, and to stop aggravating their condition by making small changes in the way they do things to deliver big results in how they feel.
